Welcome to Safe Harbour, a supportive and affordable counselling and psychotherapy service. Due to the way our lives and views have been shifted in the wake of Covid-19, a lot of people are really feeling the need to talk about their feelings.
I am not only providing face to face counselling, but I am also ensuring that online therapy is available. It is increasingly important to make contact emotionally. We can still talk. We can still listen and be heard, no matter whether that's in person or via Zoom. I'm here for you.
My aim is to understand and listen to you without judgement, using my skills to help you find a way through whatever situation is causing you concern or suffering. I am fully accredited with the National Counselling Society and a member of the British Society of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Each session with me is based around your own unique needs. I seek to fully understand you as an individual in order to help you find a new perspective and make positive change in your life.
